Returns & Refunds Policy

• You can cancel your order within 3 days of receiving the product.

• To cancel, send us a clear message at foamorabubbles@gmail.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 days using the same payment method.

Conditions

• Products must be in original packaging and purchased in the last 3 days.

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be fully returned.

• Items unsealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Special Note

• Since we prepare orders on demand, if you return a product just because you didn’t like it, 50% of the order value may be deducted.

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for shipping the product back to our store

• We recommend trackable or insured shipping. Refunds are only issued after we receive the returned item.

Gifts

• If the product was a gift, a gift credit will be issued to you after we receive the returned product.
