IbadahFlow Daily — Prayer & Habit Tracker — PRIVACY POLICY

1. ABOUT IBADAHFLOW DAILY

IbadahFlow Daily is an Islamic prayer and habit tracking application
developed by Mavikral Tech. It provides prayer tracking, Adhan and
prayer reminders, Qibla direction, habits, activity history, streaks,
reports, and related Islamic productivity features.

IbadahFlow Daily is created as a Sadaqah Jariyah initiative. It is free
to use and does not contain third-party advertising, paid subscriptions,
or in-app purchases.

2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

Depending on the features you use, IbadahFlow Daily may process your
email address, username, profile information, optional profile photo,
account identifier, app preferences, prayer and habit activity, streaks,
reports, reminder settings, and AI-related reports submitted by you.

Users may create or access an account using email authentication or
Google Sign-In.

3. LOCATION AND QIBLA

IbadahFlow Daily may request and use approximate device location to
calculate local prayer times and Qibla direction. Device orientation
sensors may also be used for Qibla compass functionality.

Location and sensor information are used only to provide these app
features. They are not used for advertising and are not sold to third
parties.

4. PROFILE PHOTO

A profile photo is optional. Where supported, Android’s system photo
picker is used so users can select a specific image without giving
IbadahFlow Daily unrestricted access to their entire photo library.

5. NOTIFICATIONS, ALARMS, AND AUDIO

IbadahFlow Daily may use notifications, vibration, Adhan sound, silent
alerts, and Android alarm functionality to provide prayer and activity
reminders selected by the user.

If a feature requiring microphone access is used, microphone permission
is requested only when needed for that feature. IbadahFlow Daily does
not require background microphone access for its intended functionality.

6. AI FEATURES AND REPORTING

IbadahFlow Daily may provide AI-assisted Islamic and app-related
features. When a user submits a message to the AI feature, necessary
request information and authentication credentials may be securely
transmitted to the app’s backend service and AI service provider to
generate a response.

Users can report AI-generated responses from within the app. A reported
response, the reporting user’s account identifier, report status, and
related technical information necessary to process the report may be
stored for moderation, safety, and service improvement purposes.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information
through AI messages.

7. DATA STORAGE AND SHARING

Information may be stored locally on the user’s device. When account or
synchronization features are used, necessary account, activity, report,
and synchronization information may also be securely stored using
backend or cloud services.

Mavikral Tech does not sell IbadahFlow Daily users’ personal information
and does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

Necessary service providers may process limited information required for
authentication, Google Sign-In, database storage, synchronization, AI
functionality, security, or other essential app functionality.

8. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect
user information.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably
necessary to provide IbadahFlow Daily functionality, maintain an
account, process user-submitted reports, protect security, or meet
legitimate legal obligations.

When an account is permanently deleted through the app, associated
account data stored by IbadahFlow Daily, including the user’s profile,
synced activity records, and submitted AI reports associated with that
account, is deleted, except where limited retention is legitimately
required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or
regulatory obligations.

9. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Registered users can permanently delete their IbadahFlow Daily account
from the app’s account/settings functionality.

Users can also access the official IbadahFlow Daily Delete Account &
Data web page for deletion instructions or contact info@mavikraltech.eu
for assistance with an account or data deletion request.

Deleting an account is intended to delete the user’s Firebase
Authentication account and associated IbadahFlow Daily account data
stored under that account, including profile information, synced prayer
and habit activity records, and AI reports submitted from that account.
Account-associated local app data is also cleared by the app when the
in-app deletion process completes successfully.

Limited information may be retained only where legitimately required for
legal, security, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or similar obligations.

10. PERMISSIONS

Depending on the features used and Android version, IbadahFlow Daily may
request access to:

• Approximate location — for local prayer times and Qibla functionality.
• Notifications — for prayer and activity reminders. • Vibration — for
vibration-based reminders. • Alarm scheduling — for time-sensitive
prayer and reminder functionality. • Microphone — only when the user
chooses a feature that requires audio input. • User-selected photos —
for an optional profile photo through supported Android photo-selection
functionality.

IbadahFlow Daily does not require contacts, SMS, call history, precise
location, or background microphone access for its intended features.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

IbadahFlow Daily may rely on third-party infrastructure and service
providers necessary to operate features such as authentication, Google
Sign-In, cloud database storage, AI processing, and backend security.

These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide
their services and are subject to their own applicable privacy and
security terms.

12. CHILDREN AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

IbadahFlow Daily is intended as a general Islamic prayer and habit
productivity application. Users should not submit unnecessary sensitive
personal information through profile fields, AI messages, or other
optional input features.

Where applicable, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising
use by children in accordance with applicable laws and platform
requirements.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated if IbadahFlow Daily features, service
providers, legal requirements, or data practices change.

The latest version will remain available on the official Privacy Policy
page.
